As soon as I start a game like Battlefield or Minecraft even. The whole PC starts to lay. My lighting from my keyboard and mouse then also lay. Now the question is why this is the games that bring the PC so hard and PUBG on ULTRA not?

An i7-4770k on 4 Ghz and ne 1070 OC. The processor was used 2 months ago bought the problem is only a few weeks
I also think that the seller of your CPU has fooled you.
Unless you have recently overclocked the CPU… Then of course it can be because of it.
Did you install the games on different disks? That could be synonymous, so that has a hard drive nh damage…

The CPU should already be a bit old, because currently the 7000 and 8000 series of the i7. Your processor is the Haswell series, currently Skylake, Coffeelake and Kabylake.
I would completely reinstall Windows. So you can then exclude software errors. Otherwise, there's probably a problem with the hardware.
