Change Minecraft game mode with shortcut?

I have seen some Youtbers that they can change the game mode (from e.g. Creative to Spectatormode) by pressing a key on the keyboard. Such as. At The Jo Craft.

Which mod is it which makes this function possible?

LabyMod and set your hotkey for Autotext

F3+ N is for the switch to spectator mode.

Otherwise with Labymod.
