In Minecraft, this ice rink is one of the fastest transportation options. Do you need pack ice or blue ice? Is one faster than the other or doesn't it matter which of the two you use? (Minecraft Java Edition)

but the quick answer would be that blue ice is an even better form of pack egg, so it's slippery (you move faster). You craft 1 blue ice from 9 pack ice or find it under icebergs.
