Is the PC good for normal use?

I'm not so freaking out the computer and do not know it so well.

Wanted to ask if the PC would be good if I stream with my guys (does not want the best PC), Would just like that it does not crash when I stream with Elgato Webcam etc.

And would he also grab some games like fortnite minecraft or something like that? So not Battlefield 5 or so Good games with graphics and everything.
