How can I see another player's view in Spectator Mode (in Minecraft)?

I always see in Youtube videos how someone in the Spectator Modenin goes into another player's head, so take his view. How does it work?

With a left click I think

You left-click or right-click on the entity from whose point of view you want to look. Try this out with the creeper.
