PC setup possible?

I have just put together a PC on a website and now I wanted to ask if you can play with Minecraft, Roblox and Forza Horizon 4 and have no performance problems. There could also be other shooters, which should then reach 144 FPS. A 27 inch @ 144Hz, two 24 inch @ 60Hz and a 50 inch @ 60Hz @ 4k monitor are connected as monitors.

The config:

Case: Aerocool RGB Gaming Tower Shard

NT: be quiet System Power 450 watts (80+)

MB: MSI B450M Pro-M2 Max, AMD B450

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6x 3.9GHz

AMD Wraith Cool RGB

Ram: 16GB DDR4-Ram PC-3000

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX2060 Super 8GB, Palit Dual

M.2: 500GB SSD Kingston A2000

The config costs 966.90 euro and now my question is whether it is worth it or where I should improve.

Gu

So I would maybe take a Ryzen 7 2700x.

sq

Would go, only the PC PC is a bit too expensive and has the worst motherboard you can buy.

Why don't you assemble the PC yourself?

Un

I think I really build it myself, which mainboard would you recommend?

sq

Would you then only take the PC cheaper or would you take the same price with more performance. Would you just adjust the whole config

Un

I like to have the same amount of money with more power, but best with Ryzen-Cpu and Nvidia-GPU, is also in my current one.

Em

Why does it have to be 144 FPS? What makes you think that? For a game to run smoothly, you need at least 30 FPS, of course more is better. But why 144 FPS? If you only have 100 or 60 FPS, it's ok too.

Un

Because I want to take advantage of the 144 FPS from my screen and the more pictures are loaded, the better.

Em

144 Hz is not the same as 144 FPS. The performance of your PC depends on several factors, not just the monitor and the mainboard.

Em

I wouldn't put anything on it if someone told you that the mainboard is no good.

Em

Why do you think the mainboard is bad?

Un

Oh, that's why I also ask whether the PC achieves 144 FPS so that the 144Hz of my monitor can be used and I don't spend "useless" money. And I know that the FPS depend on the GPU, CPU and Ram.

ar

Since you want to build yourself send me a friend request I will put together a confi if you tell me how much you want to spend and what you want to do with it and what it should be able to do

Em

Even if your PC is optimally equipped, you do not automatically have 144 FPS just because your monitor has 144 Hz. The frames per second are provided by the graphics card and Hertz is the refresh rate. It doesn't matter either, you won't notice a difference between 90 FPS and 144 FPS. If you want to use the 144 Hz of your monitor optimally, you should first of all look for a suitable graphics card.

Un

Guess why I'm asking if the PC can handle 144 FPS? So that he can repeat 144 frames per second and these appear on the monitor, which I want to buy a little later. The question revolves around the fact that the PC manages the shooter at 144 FPS and it is worthwhile for me to get a 144Hz monitor, which displays 144 frames per second. BTW, watch the video on frame rates from Linus Tech Tips, they found out that the pros get along better with 144 FPs than with 60 FPS.

sq

I would do it like this: https://www.mindfactory.de/...931383a9ec

Will it be your first PC that you build yourself or?

Un

Yes, I only configured one myself before

sq

Ok, if you still need help with anything you can write to me

Em

Guess why I told you about the graphics card. Your monitor can easily repeat 144 frames per second. The question is whether your graphics card is fast enough and can provide the 144 FPS. The best CPU is of no use to you if the graphics card is too slow. So that's the key, you won't have any problems with the rest of the configuration.

Un

Ok thanks, the RTX 2060 Super can do the performance

Je

There's more in the budget:

Power supply: beQuiet Pure Power 11 500 watts
Mainboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
Graphics card: AMD RX 5700XT
RAM: 2x 8 GB DDR 3600 MHz
