I wanted to play a round of Minecraft today and when I walked in I saw strange streak lines (I don't know what to call it) when I moved. That wasn't a bug from the screen, but from the game. The latest graphics driver is already installed. But I haven't installed some Windows updates yet, can it be because of it? Unfortunately I can't take a photo because the lines only appear when you move. What else can I try.

Try updating Java and maybe see if other games also have artifacts or other graphics errors.
The Windows updates can't hurt either, although I don't think that they do anything to your problem.
