Forge won't work | Minecraft?

I have the following problem: Sometimes when I start Minecraft in 1.16.5 with Forge, the FML early loading process comes. When this is done, the normal Minecraft loading screen appears. 2 seconds later, however, the background comes like in the Minecraft settings, i.e. The earth texture. And in the middle there are 8 squares. Like when Microsoft doesn't recognize an emoji. And after that the game crashes.

If I then reinstall it, it works again. But once I close it and restart it, it'll come back. Error: Failed to read / load forge-common.toml or the mods that I have, e.g.: Failed to read / load (any mod that I have) .toml

Do you have java 64bit? Have you allocated enough RAM to your Minecraft profile?

8G in the jvm arguments and yes, 64bit.

Do all mods work?

Even when I start without mods it crashes.

Have you ever reinstalled MC and deleted the Minecraft folder in% Appdata%?

Minecraft works like this, but Forge doesn't even without mods

I would try standard things… Update GPU drivers, reinstall Forge, reinstall Minecraft. Is Minecraft installed on c:? Etc.

I've only reinstalled Minecraft, but don't feel like reinstalling Minecraft every time I want to play.

Mostly when I restart the computer

Take out the Windows quick start option, it only causes problems… Many services are not running because of this… And if you have an SSD your PC starts only 1-2 seconds slower. That could definitely help.

How can you deactivate this setting?

Control Panel \ All Control Panel Items \ Energy Options \ System Settings above Confirm Admin and uncheck the quick start

I can't find the System Preferences setting in Power Options. But my Windows is up to date
