Why is the Minecraft name forbidden?

If I wanted to call me in-game "Guido Burgstaller", can someone tell me why this is not allowed?

The Americans are sometimes a bit strange when it comes to the names, I've already heard from players. They are probably trying to translate the name and then get something illegal out of it, so these names are then blocked.

Try a letter combination or turn the name or Burg_Staller or just lower case. Be inventive.
