How do I see in Minecraft Bedrock Edition how long the effects last / which ones are?

Until yesterday I always played the Java version, currently I'm playing the Bedrock version with a friend, in the Java version you can see the name of the effect (e.g. Bad Omen) and the duration when you open the inventory.

Not in the Bedrock version, I would like to know whether it would be possible to set this to be seen somewhere or not.

You tap on the little effect icons (I think they are in the top right corner)

How should I tap on it? The icon is no longer there in the inventory and when I'm not in the inventory the mouse is not on the screen
