Install Nitrado Custom Modpack and play how does it work?

I tried to install a Modpack on a Nitrado server, unfortunately it doesn't work.

I'm trying to install the Modpack "The 1.12.2 Pack" on the Nitrado server, but Nitrado only offers "The 1.7.10 Pack".

I also tried to create a Forge 1.12.2 server and load all mods in the mods folder.

But in Minecraft it always comes that there's no connection to the server even if it is online.

Does anyone know how to fix this and how to install modpacks that are not on Nitrado's list?

It is important that you use the same Forge version that uses the modpack.

In addition, client mods such as inventory tweak, mouse tweaks, Optifine etc. Do not belong on the server, these often prevent the server from starting at all.
