Minecraft technic and survival modpack?

I wanted to find out whether there's a modpack that covers the technical aspect (such as industrial craft or buildcraft) and at the same time offers a strong PvE with dungeons and bosses. Since my friends are more into survival and I'm more into the technical aspect, I wanted to explore solutions here.

I know there are more appropriate forums for that, but I believe you can do it. Thank you in advance for your great answers and a pleasant time despite our current situation.
