Why is Minecraft open during inventory?

That happens with chests, boxes, inventory, etc. Assigned 8GB of RAM. What should I do?

When I had my Minecraft server running, Minecraft was able to access 64 GB without any problems. And there everything went super liquid and schnell.Java but since 8GB memory branched off in the use. I came here and limited Java to 4GB. With 200 people on the server, that was okay, but you clearly noticed the difference. Java just consumes too much space.
