I have a problem with my server plugins failing to start and they are for the correct version?

I have the CityBuild Pixel published on my server tonight but a fatal error occurred in the final test!

Plotsquared the most important plugin of the CITYBUILD doesn't start anymore I really have no idea anymore. Tried everything but I can't start again for the 6th time the community is killing me! I would be really very grateful if someone knows what I can do now, I still have until 12 o'clock. Thanks to everyone who wrote an answer. Oh yeah, I used Minecraft 1.15.2 and Java 8 on the Debian 10 server

You need WorldEdit for that. The version error relates to Gear

But I have FAWE Worldedit I thought (so it says in the Plotsquared forum) enough?

This has a different plugin name and is therefore not recognized.

Oh, ok then I'll just take it out because FAWE is supposed to save performance, can I leave FAWE in there or replace it?

Thanks to @FireEraser I now have PSQ again, just deleted my Plotsquared folder from trying and now I have to create a new plot world, but thanks anyway.
