Minecraft boxes secure plugin?

Hay.

I'm doing a bukkit server on the 1.13.2.

I have tried LWC (the download was eig. For 1.9), the plugin was also installed, but whenever I entered / cprivate, it was there I should make a left click on the object where I want to secure. But if I do that, then nothing happens: /

With Lockette the problem is that I can't put normal signs or shops on the chests: /

Is there LWC in a version that runs on the 1.13? Or did I just set something wrong or forget to set?

Or is there a way to put normal signs on Lockette?

Or is there also another plugin around chests / stoves / etc. To secure?
