I'm looking for plugins for my Minecraft server. It's Bukkit 1.8.
1.Plugin Login System etc. (So that no one can log in under the name of an admin and makes nonsense)
2.Plugin for a RPG like system (Life Bar, XP System, Ranking, (Quest), Money / Shop
3.Plugin for TP signs with which you can teleport and posters with pictures
4.Plugin for some kind of Ego Shooter System
5.Cars and planes
In your place, I would switch to a Spigot 1.8.9 server. At least to Bukkit 1.8.9.

Ego shooter system with many different weapons. With crosshairs and balls / blood.
Vehicles for unlocking z.b so that you can fly in the lobby etc each has its own small airport
Not easy to implement both
For weapons you can take CrackShot.
