Minecraft plugin search

I'm a server owner who is under construction.

I need a plugin if you right click a melon slice, a snowball should come out and when it hits the ground a lot of melon slices should spawn. If you walk into the melons you get speed 2 for 5 seconds.

Could someone code that for me or send me a plugin that already exists

1. You would have to say which software your server is on

2. That's just a small question, is it not a bit paradoxical to create a server for the community if you can't code
