How many players can my server without lagging?

I currently have a Minecraft Java Aternos server with plugins for bedwars and small mini games like Stickfight on it. What do you think from how many players the server is lagging? Is it completely without lag for 2-8 people? (I look forward to answers) :)

The Aternos servers have 1 GB of RAM, I think, they lag with plug-ins when you play alone
