Minecraft bungee cord and spigot permission system?

If I give the permission "Bungeecord.team" in the config.yml with Bungeecord, do I also have this permission with the Spigot plugins?

It's safer to use a permission plugin (like Luckperms) as the bungee rights system doesn't always work.

Is Luckperms for Spigot? Because if so, it doesn't do me much good because I've also made commands in bungee cord

Luckperms are available for bukkit, spigot, paper and bungee cord.
