Can't log into my minecraft account anymore. If I want to change my password, no email is sent. Java edition

If you click on Forgot your password, you will not get such an error message, but an input field where you have to enter your email address.

What is meant by a portrait? And I think that your email address has been hacked is very unlikely, unless it is the same password as the account.
