How does the cash payment method work?

I want to buy minecraft and there's this payment option.

Everything is online and everything can be delivered in 5 - 10 minutes

You then go to a payment office and pay cash there. They then confirm that you have paid the money and the order is marked as paid.

In the past, this payment could be made in any DM branch. I don't know if that's still the case
