Soo some information:
I want to run a Minecraft server on a 2nd PC with Windows 10. I have 2 routers one with LTE [Fritz.Box] (because dorfkupfer is too bad) and
one with village copper [Telekom Speedport] because the ping is actually better there. I have set up the server so far and Local worked well.
Now the problem with the port release, on my Telekom Speedport I have released port 25565 for the server PC and a friend of mine could actually
join. I want to run the server over the Fritz.Box so that it doesn't mess up my ping. I have set up a port release (screenshot) but
does not work, i.e. If the server is online it is not found and with a port checker you can also find out that port 25565 on my external IP address
closed is. With my red marking you see "IP address on the internet" on this IP address the port is not open, the best if I have this IP address
(10.61.5.162) I ping about 2ms, but the actual internal IP address (blue marking 192.168.178.87) is simply no longer found when pinging in the same network.
It is not the PC because it worked with another router, a friend of mine also has a Fritz.Box (but not the same model) with the same interface, it has exactly the same
Settings (at least it will be assumed) and it works for him and with "IP address on the Internet" a reasonable (his external) IP address is displayed and not for me.

You probably don't have a public ipv4 on the old network

This has nothing to do with the router. Only the provider can influence this
Not only likely, 10. * is a private network. This means that your mobile phone provider does NAT again (with which you have no option to set up a port release), so it is not possible to operate a server on such an LTE connection. If you use https://wieistmeineip.de or similar via LTE, you will see a completely different IP that is used externally, not the 10th.
