Register business for Minecraft server?

If I want to sell ranks at a Minecraft server and just put the money into refinancing the server, do I still have to register a business? And can you register a trade if you are under 18 with the permission of your legal guardian?

Re

Consider it a "donation", then you don't have to register a business.

Write:

blablablba is a donation, the ranks are just a gift that you can choose between ingame money or rank blabalbabl

sq

Up to a certain amount you don't have to register any business as far as I know, and with the small amounts you will get… The server will cost more.

Re

Can you then be sure that you can't be prosecuted?

Te

Yes, if you formulate it as a donation.

Re

But I saw the following in another forum:

"The" donations "are directly related to the Minecraft server, ergo these are sales of an entrepreneur (you) and commercial nature."

Re

Up to what amount? So far I have only read that you have to apply for a trade from the very first cent.

Sh

Just google it and deal with it.

Re

I have already read in, but one side says that you have to apply for a trade directly, and the other that you only need this if you have a large turnover. The exact ones are not there either.

A minor can only register a trade with the consent of the family court. The parents are not liable and do not "bow" (?).

The trade law knows no allowances. There's no such day…

ma

This is complete nonsense. Donations can only get recognized as non-profit organizations. Minecraft money earnings are always commercial earnings, no matter what you call it.

ma

You know wrong. Business must be registered as soon as the offers are discontinued, regardless of whether there's a profit or a loss.

ma

Whether you use the revenue to fund your server is up to you and irrelevant. You have a profit intention. So you have to register that. The tissue law does not have any allowances.

The consent of the legal guardian is not sufficient for the business registration. You need the approval of the family court. If you don't have them, your contracts are not effective…
