I'm trying for about 6 hours on our server to create a bank for emerald (with commands / command blocks). Unfortunately, all the old already difficult instructions and commands have become useless by the 1.13.
I really do not know what to do anymore and understand only the station with all the command blocks, commands and options… It just annoys me.
So: Could someone please explain to me how to create a working bank with commands in 1.13, so that everyone on the server has his own account for emerald and you can't "coat" or commit another theft of another player's theft?
I would be so grateful if someone could explain it to me, because apparently I'm too stupid to get that, sorry. And that really annoys me very much.

"Commandblock" is English. In German it means command block…
