What exactly do you mean by "cracking his server"?
You get the files directly from Mojang, so you don't have to "crack" anything…
If you mean the offline mode (that even players who do not legally own the game can play on it): open the server.properties and change online-mode = true to online-mode = false
However, be aware of what this change is doing before you change it
I think you don't mean to crack the server but to let the server run for people with cracked Minecraft I guess.
I think it works with some server hosts.
But if you host the server yourself then go under the server.properties to online-mode = true and change that to online-mode = false
However, this means that serious changes are made!

You set the Online Mode field in the Server.Properties to false…
Then the login of the account is no longer checked and you can join without uid…
As an admin, make a smart name for yourself and protect the, because everyone can then log in with your name if you are not on it - the uid is not checked…
