Turn off your firewall and try to join.

If it is, it's the firewall, then you have to enter Minecraft in the firewall.

(Do not forget to turn on the firewall again ^^)

The firewall has nothing to do with it. Either the server is down or your internet connection is down.

If you can join other servers then it's up to griefergames. Just try again later.
