So Mojang certainly doesn't. I leave it open whether this is really "illegal".
There are already some providers who supposedly offer free accounts, but none of the ones I know is risk-free. Be it malware, banned accounts or similar.

It is not illegal, but to do something like that. Hacking is a dirty game. I wish you a spell on every server you enter and boycott the tedious work of the owner. And I wish you to meet someone who has caused you economic damage and has reported you. Yes it works and I speak from experience, because I did the same with hackers. If the damage had been high there would have been a private lawsuit and even those who are not of legal age or the parents will then be asked to pay.

So 1. You will never be able to hack, it looks like, abuse code or Modden is more likely to do that. 2. The altening from the aristois client is good, some hypixel accs even, german servers about 0 bans. 3. Hacking is illegal, but your client isn't.
You can get them for a fee on alts.rip. You can really rely on them!
