How to do that?
I just saw the picture on a Minecraft server and got curious. I have never seen such a kind of tablist anywhere and I would like to know how to program / set up something like that.
That doesn't really look like "Minecraft" to me either.
This is what is known as a plugin. With plugins you can make your server more beautiful and do anything you want. For such a tablist plugin, take a look at https://www.spigotmc.org/...=relevance
