Hello we have a Minecraft server and host it at zap hosting. We had a problem with the server for a week that the IP and so did not go and now suddenly after 2 days when the server was running without problems, players can't access the server although it is displayed as online in the web interface of the hoster, but why?
Even if I connect to every single IP of the server, I can't get in.
If I want to connect to the server via ssh, I can.
We have already restarted but it always says "can't connect to server" when you want to go to the server

4 euro for a month is really clear if you share the costs even more. At least you get clever support and all sorts of functions
Check the following settings in your server.properties file (of course restart the server every time you have made a change):

Of course it would also help if you insert the log file via pastebin and post it here. Troubleshooting is usually easier with log files than with simple error descriptions.
You come to the server via SSH, so this is actually a vServer and you installed Minecraft yourself?
If so: Linux or Windows? Is the IP fixed in the server properties file or is it empty? And what do you mean with each individual IP, how many do you have?
4 euro for how much RAM, memory and slots?
Maybe make a server at minehoster as a test and if you like it stay there? The support from zap could help you, which is not particularly good.

You still have very good support and bungecoord and overview map and can install ez plugins you can change games anytime
Everything except the overview map is also available from other server hosts and the overview map is now not so blatant that you have to pay double the server price.
The domains on Nitrado are actually cheap, but the servers are not.
I simply find the website very nicely designed and the web interface appeals to me, which is why I'm a nitrado customer
