Openvpn routing?

I have a server at home I would like to make a vpn client on it that I come from outside over the vpn ip on bsp a Minecraft server.

I have a root server (which I rent at a hoster) and there runs an openvpn server on it.

And on the home server openvpn runs as a client.

The port is already open.

The problem is I can't connect with the vpn ip on the bsp Minecraft server.

I have already tried many things in the web interface!

But I can't get any further.

Can you please help me with the settings (routing) of the Openvpn server?

What exactly does not work? Can you build the Vpn connection? If not, what error message is exactly?

It all goes except if I enter the ip from the root server in bsp Minecraft I'm not on the server on it's home.
