To be exact I have a laptop. I used to stream a lot of Minecraft (it worked) & had a lot of fun with it. I've been playing League of Legends for a long time and tried to stream today. Unfortunately my laptop did not work. Are there games that are much watched & not strongly performance dependent?
Tetris? No fun, try Minecraft again, maybe a few other modes or modpacks this time
What about the hardware?
Except for Minecraft and Csgo you will not find much there.

What kind of laptop do you have? Without an i7 or Ryzen 5 better 7, we do not need to talk about streaming + upload.
Streaming with a Laptop… While not impossible, no streamer uses a laptop for such a task because it's technically absurd.
There's not much more to be said.
It does not matter which game you play, but whether you reflect the hard test & the taste of many viewers. You can be the overbearing Ninja 2.0 at Fortnite, but you will not reach the base if you just can't convince Human, even if some people are watching you because of the skills.
