Minecraft texture pack make fire smaller?

I created a TexturePack and I just noticed that the fire is pretty high. Now I wanted to make it smaller, but couldn't find the file for it.

Can you please give me a path to the file?

In the resourcepack something like this: assets → minecraft → textures → block

And then there are 2 fire files. Is a bit complex, but worth it. Have fun creating it.

What kind of fire in the inventory? I'm no longer so fit in Minecraft, haven't played it actively for a few years, so please don't take it badly ^^

When you're on fire I mean it. Then you have such a "fire" overlay and I would like to reduce it. Around the 1.8.9
