If you ONLY bought the Windows 10 version, the "real" (Java) version will not work. These are two different versions, each one has to be bought separately. Are you logged in? Log in to the Win10 version with your XBOX account and / or the Java version in the Launcher with the registered email and PW!

Something similar happened to me!
I have entered the error message on Youtube and there they have declared that you should download a second app like "mcpe master" and minecraft open it.
It worked well for me! I hope I did not make a mistake and could handle it
I think that's for MCPE and not Windows
