Very good and very cheap… Are 2 things that don't go together at all. And with the budget…
You say very cheap hardware but want to stream for 300 euro you get a good gaming pc from hardware dealt but for video editing you have to get hardware deal 700 euro-800 euro pc everything else is actually only suitable for gaming but not really for streaming ( record maybe there you have -5fps)

I see 150 euro right now where do you live? You don't even get a real multimedia pc for 150 euro where you can play vlt cs go on low settings with not even 60fps and then record for it?! You don't even get a wish pc! Dein for your budget
How naive
I currently place more emphasis on the microphone… The computer itself is reasonably fine, just an upgrade or a new one would not hurt. I'll probably have to take some money in my hand.
