Minecraft Migration Cape still redeemable today?

I have just had access to my Mojang account from my childhood for the first time in ages, which was definitely created before Dec 1, 2020 and was wondering if it is still possible to get the migration cape, even though I'm so late now? Or did I miss my chance?

(Can currently not look it up on the website because at the moment only the error message "502 Bad Gateway" appears)
