I wanted to know how to see the height in Minecraft on the phone.

If you've disabled cheats in the world settings, so you can get XBox Live Achivments, then you can't see your xyz coordinates. If you have activated cheats in your world, so you could do theoretically / gamemode c, you can display your coordinates in the settings.

Settings> Game
