Minecraft: Funnel that checks if a chest is empty?

I'm looking for a system that can detect if a goods bin is empty or full and refills it when empty. However, only 1 item of each variety (there are 5 items in total) should be filled in the lore. I did not find anything on the internet. Does anyone of you know such a system?
