I think you need a few more, but you can also build it yourself (at least with the Java Edition) from iron blocks and a pumpkin. Ideally, illuminate the village well, fence (3 high) and then let the Golems patrol inside.

They are pretty easy to beat. A "wall" one block high? If you can easily jump over it, you can too. Just make the wall a little higher, illuminate everything, 2.3 golems, end of the problem. And ideally at least in iron armor, better still with a slide. And if possible, you can fight the big cattle well in the water, because it can't run around you.
My problem is that they always kill my Villager so quickly… I can't keep up with them… I have to install them… I felt like I had to "create" 20 new Villagers because the Pillager always killed them. No, there's a command called / gamerule. With this you can disable various things in Minecraft. So e.g. The raids too. At least in the Java Edition.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work in the Bedrock Edition.
