Minecraft suddenly stops working on amazon fire?

I have 2 kids amazon fire tablets. I've bought minecraft for 1.5 weeks. It is installed on both tablets. It worked just fine. For a few days now, Fire1 has not been available. Fire2 works as usual. I uninstalled it several times on Fire1 and reinstalled it. But there's only one page where the game is probably explained in English. I do not understand english well. If you close the app and open it again, you will get to the start page. But when you select something, e.g. "Profile", the woman's voice says: "Profile button" and so on all other things. So you don't come into play. You only stay on this homepage. What's going on there? Could it be a virus that he could have caught on you tube or? But all the other game apps that he had played the past few days seemed to work normally.

Maybe there's something else in English, like a login? Take a picture of it.

Unfortunately there's nothing with login. This is the normal home page. 3 buttons one below the other: "Play", "Settings", "Marketplace". "Sign in" on the left, "Profile" on the right "A select" "B exit"

But, as already mentioned, I click on any of them, the lady just repeats what is there. You will not be forwarded.
