Minecraft Command to delete blocks?

I'll be back. I have my question: I want in the Minecraft PE (v1.8.1) empty a certain area. (so that all blocks are at the same height) (see picture). Now I'm a noob and have no idea how to work.

I do not know if there's that in mc pe but in java edition there's / fill and that you can use synonymous if there's that

There's the fill command because you have / fill then enter the start and then the end coordinates and then if you want to get away the blocks to enter Air.
