Minecraft Forge doesn't work t?

I wanted to install minecraft forge. But there always comes this message, what should I do?

You probably haven't installed Java.

Habs now still does not work

Right click on the jar file> Open with…> Java

Then you can open the file by right-clicking → Open with → Java
