I would like to briefly uninstall Minecraft on the tablet what happens then? Will all worlds be gone / erased? Or not? How can you save the worlds safely?

Maybe (I don't know if that works on a tablet) you can't "save your Minecraft location on the tablet" but externally. This means that your worlds may be saved on Google Drive.
