How can you make a ragged minecraft world at Aternos?

So I want to create a Minecraft server and the world should have high mountains that one can indeed if you create minecraft in a single player world you can set rugged as a world type and I would like to make aternern please help me

Generate them offline in the SinglePlayer and then upload them to Aternos.

According to the website this should be possible.
