Does it clear my world when I have Minecraft on the phone with Google Play logged in when I uninstall and reinstall it? Need the answers urgently!

Yes. Google play does not save that as well. You can certainly secure that.

Minecraft is a game that you can potentially play offline. At least you do not need a connection while you are in your world.

As long as you do not delete the Minecraft folder on the phone nothing should go away (you have to set external memory)
