Minecraft has been around for a while now the store for worlds, Texurepacks and Skin… Etc. On many large servers, like HIVE or so, there's the tab "The HIVE Store" in the menu. Can I do that on my server too? Or do you have to somehow enter into a partnership with Microsoft?
You can do that as long as it's virtual money that has nothing to do with real money…
Real money is only allowed until version 1.7.10, everything after that requires the approval of an Eula, and that forbids it to earn money with content from Minecraft…
It's the same everywhere, even on large servers… Whether everyone sticks to it is another topic…
You are confusing the Java version and the Windows 10 version.
But how could I do that? Apart from the EULA. I also mean the Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.

Even with the Win 10 version, there's an EULA, which must be considered…
So nothing with real money, unless you act against the EULA…
