I don't think that many people are interested in such world records.
I would just say taming something like dog that you were the fastest until nobody proves otherwise.

Would recommend, however, that you specify the rules according to which you played, which minecraft edition, whether you can choose the seed or whether it is random, whether you can use glitches etc.
Usually there's the world record "the fastest way to bake a cake in survival mode and set it up" (without cheated materials) is the world record of 2 minutes or so and the largest Minecraft Pixel Art (creative) consists of 1,128,960 blocks

With something like that you can simply say that you are fastest if you can't find anything faster.
