When I bounce or run in Minecraft blocks like sand and so up and down wobble and I see a black thick border on the block that goes up and down. Please need help, thanks to everyone

Are the appropriate graphics drivers installed?
Thanks for the answer, I installed all the drivers today, that is the graphics card, CPU and monitor. Unfortunately, nothing has improved, but I noticed that when I take a screenshot while running, the blocks lie like that, that it is not visible on the screen itself and if I then move the screenshot back and forth, you can somehow see behind me the object in the opposite direction in which I draw a "shadow" the purple is from the block, or I have seen it with slime and animals in general. Do you perhaps know if you can somehow adjust that to the Amd graphics yourself? Have already looked in the settings, but found nothing.
Minecraft installed again? Including Java?
