Minecraft crashes on RTX 2080 Super?

I got a new PC (picture). After I installed Minecraft and Java 8 Update 261, I noticed that my Minecraft doesn't use my 2080 RTX graphics card but my poorer Intel UHD 630. That was of course bad for my FPS, so I changed the graphics card in my settings. As a result, Minecraft (Java Edition) always crashed with an error (picture). I have to say that I also changed the graphics card in another way, but it remains unchanged. No matter in which version or with mods. I also see in the task manager that the graphics card does nothing. So how can I solve this problem?
