Minecraft: Multiple Objectives in the Scoreboard?

Is there a way in Minecraft for the scoreboard to add multiple objectives to the list (i.e. Tab)? Would like to have a deathCount and the health of each player in the tab so in the list.

If there are enough plugins look for one before you have to pack spiggot on the server of course, but then look for one that is actually self-explanatory
