Blue screen and games close. Why?

I have this problem mainly with Origin but currently also with other games (e.g. COD Black Ops 3). But Minecraft and Terraria run smoothly without any problems.

In addition, it sometimes happens that I have a blue screen. But that doesn't just happen with games, but also when I just look at Google Chrome YouTube. These errors happen at very irregular intervals and sometimes not a day and then a day where it happens twice.

These are my technical data:

GEZ power supply be quiet! System Power B9 600W ATX 2.4 (BN209) (bk) 80Plus Bronze up to 89% efficiency
MBA SoAM4 ASRock B450 PRO4 motherboard
CPU AMD AM4 Ryzen 5 2600 6x 3.40GHz 6C / 12T 65W tray [without cooler]
CPK AMD cooler Aerocool BAS-B9PA

HDS 1000 GB Toshiba Enterprise MG03ACA100 SATA3 7200 rpm 3.5 "64MB
VGP NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8GB KFA2 OC Bulk

BIOS is up to date and graphics card is not clocked abnormally (to my knowledge). However, I'm not a great professional in this area.

My Windows version is Windows 10 Pro full version (64 bit).

The PC is still new and I ask for help.

Regards.

The power supply should be enough. I bought the PC from the Memory PC side and it previously had 450 watts. Since the PC has been available in the shop for a long time, I do not appreciate that it is supplied with an insufficient power supply.

The point with the graphics card amazes me, because some games just work and others don't. Could it be due to game settings or settings in the launchers?
